Hogwarts Legacy for PS4 and Xbox One is delayed to May 5

The new game Hogwarts Legacy based on the literary world of Harry Potter by the writer JK Rowling has become one of this year’s best sellers, after some delays, the long-awaited game topped the best-seller and most-played lists in recent weeks at its launch for PC and next-gen consoles.

We talk about more than 850 million dollars and 12 million copies sold in the first two weeks of release.

However, today we bring bad news for users of the consoles of the last generation as the PlayStation 4 or Xbox Onesince the game developers have announced that the adaptation of the game for these platforms will be delayed by a month and will not hit stores in April.

The new release date is set for the day May 5 for PS4 and Xbox One. The Nintendo Switch will also have a version adapted to its modest hardware, but it will come later end of july. This date has not been changed and the version for the Nintendo console was already scheduled for a later release date.

Therefore, we will have to wait just under two months from today to see what the version for Xbox One and PlayStarion 4 looks like, and just over four and a half months (July 25) for the Hogwarts Legacy version of the Nintendo Switch.
