Konami is a company widely renowned for forgetting about its iconic franchises. However, there are some that have not been neglected. One of them is bomber manwhich has expanded through new games in recent years and it seems there could be more surprises on the way.
Konami launched the title in 2017 Super Bomberman Ra new installment that brought the franchise out of a 20-year slumber since its last main title (Super Bomberman 5, 1997). This weekend is very special, as the title has just turned 6 years old.
To celebrate, Konami shared a message in which they thanked the fans for their support over the years and the most interesting thing is that they anticipated that “there is still much more prepared for bomber man“, which undoubtedly moved the fans of the series.

The company didn’t offer any further information on what kind of surprise fans might expect, but when it makes these types of announcements it’s almost always about video game-related news, so it’s very possible that this is one of those cases.
This year will be very good for bomber man and his fans
It is important to mention that Konami revealed the sequel in the middle of last year. Super Bomberman R 2which will be available this year.
Also, last year Konami released a new game of bomber man that mixes the classic IP with rhythm to offer interesting gameplay. We are talking about Amazing Bomberman, exclusive to Apple Arcade. It is possible that this year the company announces the end of exclusivity and the migration to more platforms.
