In accordance with article II.5 of the Rules for the composition and operation of the Committee to Support Enforcement and Compliancethe Board of Directors developed the following numbered list of ten candidates for the Enforcement and Compliance Support Committee.
Said list is made up of five men and five women, of ten nationalities from countries in Annex 1 of the Agreement. There are three representatives from Central America and Mexico, three from the English-speaking Caribbean and four from South America. They currently correspond to five States Parties and five States not Parties.
From the numbered list, the Conference of the Parties will select the seven members of the Committee.
