GBoard, the Google keyboard for Android devices -which can also be installed on iOS- is being redesigned by the company, something that according to what we can read in GSM Arenaalready has reached the beta testers of the application who want to have the latest features before other users of the stable version.
In this case, visually, we shouldn’t notice much of a difference because it’s mostly still the same keyboard that works very well, but, for examplethe top toolbar will have the ability to display more than four icons at a timeas well as providing the ability to remove the voice typing button.
The menu of additional functions has also been modified, replacing the predominant ones six circles that we found in the stable version by a series of rectangles that leaves room for future features that they may arrive as the development of the application progresses, something that is not only to be expected, but may also be accompanied by a dose of artificial intelligence.
This is a slight redesign, but one that will give many users what they need, especially when some of the original design decisions were questionable to say the least.
