Covifactura reports more than $6 billion in guarantees

Through Covifactura, a Covinoc group company, more than 2,000 companies nationwide has allowed 233,000 purchased to be securedbenefited with $6 billion in guarantees.

The company is configured as a value generator for portfolio management, in which companies can find an ally to grow and improve the commercial offer for their clients.

According to Claudia Villamil, commercial vice president of Covinoc, “this service allows buyers who they do not have a credit historyor, financial documentation or immediate cash flow, make purchases from your trusted suppliers, accessing the term for payment with the support of Covifactura”.

He said the company bets on the development of payment alternatives different from the traditional ones, with the purpose that more and more companies in Colombia can support their sales.

In Colombia there are some 2.5 million SMEswhich represent 90% of the country’s companies and generate more than 80% of employment.
