Dollar begins to fall and remains at 4,700 pesos

This February 8, the dollar continues to fall and at 8:41 a.m. it registered an average price of $4,742.11. This means 33.88 pesos below the Representative Market Rate, TRM, which stands at $4,775.99.

Finally, the day closed with a very slight difference. The average price was $4,769.86. That is, 6.13 pesos below the TRM of the day.

However, The day opened with a price of $4,720.20. At closing, the maximum trading value was $4,791.99 and the minimum was $4,715.00.

The last days have been of high volatility with respect to the foreign currency. This Monday in the banking market in Colombia the currency opened operations at $4,724 and closed at $4,791in a market in which even the currency reached $4,803 and in which US$1,131 million were traded.
