The FCC certifies the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 with a 25W charger

The FCC has certified the US model of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 with the model number SM-F936Ua terminal that has passed all the tests without any problem, as is usually the case with the vast majority of mass-produced terminals, since the manufacturers make sure with their own tests.

This terminal, according to current rumors, It will come with an internal 7.6-inch foldable LTPO OLED screen with an under-screen camerain addition to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+, 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal memory capacity, accompanied by a 4400mAh battery and a fast charge of 45W.

This is where the doubts reside, and that is that although the terminal supports this charging power, FCC tests have been made with an original EP-TA800 chargerwhich is a 25W charger from Samsung.

This raises doubts because, on the one hand, it would be a bit strange for Samsung to include chargers in its boxes again, while on the other, it could indicate that the maximum charging power is really 25W, a move Samsung probably won’t makebut for now it happens without apparent explanation beyond that it was whatever charger the FCC had on hand.
