The Kremlin has affirmed this Thursday that both Russia and the country’s president, Vladimir Putin, represent “a big problem” for Ukraine and the Ukrainian president, Volodimir Zelenski, who on Wednesday questioned whether his Russian counterpart was alive during his speech before the Davos Economic Forum.
“It is clear that Russia and Putin are a big problem for Ukraine and Zelensky. It is clear that, from a purely psychological point of view, Zelensky would prefer that neither Russia nor Putin existed,” said Russian Presidency spokesman Dimitri Peskov.
On the other hand, he has reiterated that Ukraine should accept Russia’s demands to end the war “as soon as possible”, unleashed on February 24, 2022 by order of Putin, according to the Russian news agency TASS.
