The MSI Summit E16 Flip with convertible form factor will be available in Intel Evo variants with integrated graphics, and a more powerful line with dedicated graphics NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 and RTX 4050. Otherwise, they share a processor Intel Core i7-1360P low consumption that integrates an Intel Iris Xe GPU.
They reach up to 32 GB of LPDDR5 memory soldered on the board (16 GB on the Evo model), and a PCIe Gen 4 x4 SSD. There is also some variation in terms of its connectivity, since the Intel EVO model uses two USB-C ports with Thunderbolt, and the other model stays at USB 3.1.
Both share a 16-inch touch screen with a 2,560 x 1,600 pixel resolution in 16:10 format that can be rotated to become a tablet. Its refresh rate is 165 Hz and its “IPS-Level” type panel promises 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
With a more compact size of 14 inches, but with a resolution of 2,880 x 1,800 pixels and an IPS-Like touch panel, we have the MSI Summit E14 Flip Evo with the same Core i7-1360P. This model supports up to 32 Gb of integrated LPDDR5 RAM and an NVMe PCIe Gen 4 x4 SSD. Being an Intel EVO certified model, we have two Thunderbolt 4.0, and all with a thickness of only 17.9 cm.
Finally, the Summit range closes with the Summit E13 Flip Evo, a model that we already analyzed in a previous generation and that reduces its screen to 13.4 inches with a 16:10 resolution with a 120 Hz refresh rate and an IPS-level touch panel. It maintains many of the specifications of the 14-inch model, but with a much smaller thickness of 14.9 cm and a weight of only 1.35 kg.
