3 Jan. (Portaltic/EP) –
nvidia has presented the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics unit which uses Deep Learning Super Sampling 3 (DLSS3) technology to boost performance and speed up the frame rate of games.
GeForce RTX 4070 Ti is the new GPU of mid-range of Nvidia, which the company has presented this Tuesday within the framework of CES 2023 in Las Vegas (United States), where it has ensured that “offers up to three times the performance” of RTX 3090 Ti.
Nvidia targets this GPU at 1,440p rendering and 120 frames per second, but uses technology DLSS3 to improve game performance and fluiditysince it accelerates the frame rate and allows for high-quality effects and higher rendering resolutions, consuming less power.
Specifically, this third generation of DLSS uses machine learning to generate full extra frames high quality from a lower resolution input, multiplying the performance of games. It also features dual AV1 encoders that double the video export performance.
The RTX 4070 Ti model is made up of 7,680 CUDA cores and 12 GB of GDDR6X memory, lower specifications than those of the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080, released in the fall. The new GPU will be available on January 5 from $799.
