Performance data from the upcoming release of NVIDIA, the RTX 4070 Ti formerly known as NVIDIA RTX 4080 12GB. This card, the third of this generation based on Ada Lovelace, has shown its performance in 3DMark tests and can compare to the top of the range of the last generation NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti. It has also outperformed the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT in tests related to ray tracing.
As we see in the classification developed by Videocardzthe NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti will offer better performance than the top of the range of the last generation in all tests except Raytracing. We also see that the yield is slightly lower to the series AMD Radeon RX 7900, only surpassing the RX 7900 XT model in Raytracing tests. If we compare it with its equivalent of the last generation, we obtain a superior performance of up to 39% in Raytracing and 32% in 4K resolution.
They have also offered us an image of the AD104 GPU that integrates this upcoming NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti, which will use its full configuration as rumored. NVIDIA is expected to introduce this model at the CES 2023 it’s just around the corner, for a price of 799 dollars.
