November 12 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Several Palestinian civilians have died of suffocation this Friday during clashes with Israeli forces near the Abu al Rish checkpoint, located in south Hebron, south of the West Bank.
In addition, dozens of other people have faced respiratory difficulties after inhaling tear gas north of Hebron, in the Al Aroub refugee camp, and many others in the center of the city, in the Bab al Zawiya area, according to the WAFA news agency.
Two other people have been injured in the foot by bullets fired by Israeli forces. Bullet shrapnel hit the limb of a child in the Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem, and another 17-year-old boy was shot in the same area at the entrance to the city of Al Bireh.
Likewise, the Palestinian news agency reports that the weekly marches in Kafr Qaddoum and Beit Dajan –which commemorated the 18th anniversary of the death of Yasir Arafat, former president of Palestine– have been repressed using the same method and a young has been wounded by a bullet.
