Someone gets ahead of Apple and creates the first fully functional foldable iPhone

We already have the first folding iPhone on the market, but it was created by a fan, and you won’t be able to buy it.

You will be waiting for Apple itself, just like Samsung or Xiaomi, to launch its first folding mobile to the market to enter this technology, and while that moment arrives, which does not seem close in time, there are already people who have gone ahead and created what would be the first folding iPhone on the market.

An engineer in China has managed to turn his iPhone into a smartphone flexibleand it has not been easy for him.

He called his invention iPhone V showing this prototype under a clamshell device with a flexible screen and that you can see in this video on a Chinese social platform.

In the video you can see that the engineer initially divided the internal components of the iPhone into two halves and connected them together.

The bottom half houses the main motherboard with the processor and memory, while the top half houses the battery and front and rear camera sensors.

All this work has taken him no less than a year, and to finish it he used a 3D printer to create a case for this iPhone V.

Good aesthetically and above functional

The result is not only aesthetically very successful, but also works perfectly, with the camera and other basic features without problems. The device also has 5G connectivity and works with the A16 Bionic processor.

On the front it has a 12 Mpx selfie camera while the screen of this invention is a Super Retina XDR panel which, as we said, can be folded.

It is likely that Apple will not enter the market for folding devices until 2024 at the earliest, and it is that those from Cupertino always take this type of technological advances in their phones quite calmly.
