AMD has arrived today with its new cards based on RDNA 3 to show us what the future of their graphics cards holds for us, but although we find very solvent cards at the hardware level, especially with up to 70% performance increase in RayTracinga new version of FSR 3 is the icing on this juicy cake.
As AMD explains, in 2023 this new version of FSR will arrive that will allow us to have up to twice the performance compared to FSR 2something that ends up being a huge advantage when playing at the highest possible resolutions, courtesy also of its DisplayPort 2.1 ports.
With this, we can shoot our performance figures in games that require the most of our graphics cards. without having to pay the price in the form of lower graphics settings, something that would be practically unacceptable if we acquire any of the two cards presented today by the company.
Hopefully we can use FSR 3 on other graphics card models, so let’s remember, Unlike technologies like DLSS, FSR has traditionally worked on graphics cards from other brands, so we could get to compare the performance of FSR 3.0 with DLSS on NVIDIA cards.
