Twitter faces lawsuit over Elon Musk’s illegal firings

Within a week of owning Twitter, Elon Musk has already managed to get into a lawsuit for his mismanagement, And it is that as has been observed in different media, the tycoon has fired everything that has crossed his path, including Parag Agrawal, the former CEO of Twitter.

However, all of these layoffs have one thing in common, and that is that under California’s employment-related WARN laws, Elon Musk was required to give his workers a total of 60 days notice before he was firedsomething that has not been the case considering that Musk has owned Twitter since October 27.

It is not the first time that Elon Musk has done this, since he had already fired employees without complying with the relevant laws in his other company, Tesla, where it has been heard more than once about poor working conditions. However, when that demand came, Elon mentioned the subject as something trivial.
