thermaltake he has announced its new liquid cooling blocks for processors called Thermaltake Pacific W8 and Thermaltake Pacific W9. The difference between them is, above all, aesthetic, with the W8 being a block with a nickel-coated copper design, and the W9 maintaining materials except for the cover, which is now acrylic and transparent to let see the liquid of the circuit passing through it.
Each of these blocks has 0.2mm micro-channels that distribute coolant across the entire block in two directions to maximize heat transfer.
As an interesting detail, Thermaltake includes its TG-60 liquid metal thermal paste with high thermal conductivity with 52 W/mK.
Regarding compatibility, the blocks Thermaltake Pacific W8 and Pacific W9 they are compatible with Intel LGA 1700 sockets and the upcoming AMD AM5. It includes support for the rest of the sockets from both companies without the need for accessories, except for the AMD sRT(X)5 from Threadripper due to their large size.
The size of both blocks is 93 x 93 x 25 mm and includes two standard G1/4″ threaded holes for the coolant inlet and outlet fittings. At the moment they have not disclosed their price.
