Samsung has announced that they have already started rolling out the update to OneUI 5, its customization layer based on Android 13, in the Samsung Galaxy S22 terminal family, including the Galaxy S22+ and the top of the range, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that we analyze here at GEEKNETIC.
It is logical that the first terminals to update to One UI 5 and, therefore, to Android 13 is the Galaxy S22 range, since they were the first to receive beta tests of this new version of the operating system. In Spain, the deployment has already begun, but it will be staggered, so not all users will receive it at the same time via OTA. If you are a user of one of these Galaxy S22, you can check if you have the update available in Settings-Software Update.
The rest of high-end terminals from past generations, such as the Galaxy S21 and the entire family (FE, Plus and Ultra), as well as the Galaxy S20 families and the folding Z Flip4, Z Fold4, Z FLip 3 and ZFlip4 among others , they will receive the update to Android 13 with One UI 5 before the end of the year 2022, so in the coming months we will begin to see the deployment of this version
