“After Cancun, Punta Cana is the most popular beach destination in the Caribbean with excellent infrastructure and a wide range of hotels“, says Jaramillo. “What is new is that it is now more connected with Colombia with direct flights from different cities operated by Wingo, which makes it the most accessible destination,” he points out.
