The Spanish women’s national team will play a friendly against Japan on Tuesday, November 15 (8:00 p.m.) at the La Cartuja stadium, in Seville, as part of its preparation for the 2023 World Cup that will be played in Australia and New Zealand.
According to a statement issued this Friday by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), the team led by Jorge Vilda will face a Japanese team with which they have already met three times, with a positive balance of two wins and a draw . This friendly duel, which will be broadcast by RTVE, will serve the internationals to continue progressing ahead of the 2023 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
The Spanish soccer players will once again set foot on the grass of La Cartuja, after their first visit to the Sevillian stadium, on October 23, 2020 against the Czech Republic in a qualifying match for the 2022 European Championship in England, they won by 4-0.
