We have some bad news for all of you who still play on your Wii U, as Ubisoft has just confirmed that 3 of their titles will be running out of online services very soon, as they want to focus resources on newer games and, above all, everything, “most popular”.
As you surely know, the predecessor of the Switch was not very successful and lived for a few years with major releases. One of the companies that supported it the most was Ubisoft, which seems to already want to turn the page.
Why do we say this? Because the developer has just confirmed that it will close the online services of Assassin’s Creed III, rayman legends Y ZombieU in the misunderstood Nintendo console.
With this, all users of these games will no longer be able to take advantage of the online options from next September 1 of this year, so they had better use them conscientiously from now until they can do so.

It is worth mentioning that the digital store of the console is also living its last months of life, since it will close in March 2023, so it seems that the Wii U is receiving the last nails in its coffin.
