What happened with Fortnite? Several players are reporting that the server is offline and are turning to the official Battle Royale media to find out when all the action returns as before. We can already tell you that everything is due to a small error due to the most recent update.
As is customary in Fortnite, the 22.10 update causes the servers to be down for a few hours. However, it seems that someone moved an extra code in the installation process that has disabled the game completely. Those who try to log in will be notified that the servers are not responding.
This is how things were before the disaster. The servers of Fortnite were taken offline as of 11:00 p.m. CEST on Monday, October 3, 2022. It is unknown specifically what error the developers made, but Epic Games added that patch 22.10 will be released by October 4, 2002 at 10:00 p.m. 00:00 CEST.

Currently the account Fortnite Status has tweeted that they are still “investigating an issue where a subset of gamers are unable to log in to Xbox and Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) consoles. We will provide an update when this is resolved.”
For the rest, the same account thanked the players for their patience after announcing that the v22.10 update is available on all other platforms. Epic Games, as a thank you, will give away the Sweat Free Wrap to all players who log in.
