Background

Latin America and the Caribbean has a long tradition in territorial planning but with little incorporation of the dimension of the future through prospective. Participatory planning and territorial ordering processes require deepening the dimension of power, taking into account the asymmetries and subordinations of the actors in the most unequal region in the world.
