“It is time to continue rejecting the criminal blockades (…), the aggressions, the so-called illegal, arbitrary, illicit sanctions, which highlight the perversion of a system and a model, imperialist and capitalist, that follows and seeks continue to ‘punish’ and bleed the world dry, in sight and docile patience of the Organizations that should defend it“, said.

At the same time, he asked to stop “the invasions, aggressions, occupations, of so many territories” and denounced the need to “end the deadly sins that are the basis for intervention and interference in the internal affairs of each country.”

“It is time to enforce the principle of Sovereign Equality of States in all international organizations and forums, so that that multipolar and non-aligned world that we have sought so much is a reality, is strengthened, grows and includes us all”, asked Moncada, who throughout his speech used the symbol of the at sign to include all people.

Therefore, he stated that the time has come to guarantee that the Charters of the United Nations and other organizations that should unite us are valid for the whole world and respect the rights of all people. “It is and should be, the hour of the peoples”, he predicted.

“A better and multipolar world” is being created

He then expressed his “supportive and committed embrace” with Venezuela and Cuba, “with the historic and noble battles of the Palestinian people, the Islamic Revolution of the Iranian families; the continuous and great Battle of the Russian Federation, against Fascism and for security, integrity and peace, which will continue, we have no doubt, reaping Victories”.

He expressed his bonds of union with the “admirable resistance and fair development of the People’s Republic of China”, which “generates so much discomfort, concern and envy, to the enemies of the common good” and with “Syria, the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic, Belarus , the Peoples of Asia, Africa and our Caribbean America”.
