Iran bombards 'terrorist' targets in Iraqi Kurdistan with artillery

Sep. 24 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard has bombed targets of “terrorist” groups in the Erbil region of Iraqi Kurdistan, official Iranian media reported on Saturday.

Iranian forces have fired artillery on “the headquarters of anti-Iranian terrorists,” Iranian public television reported.

These attacks targeted the Communist Party of Iran-Komala in the Barbzin region, the Iranian Mehr news agency reports.

“The ground forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards have attacked the headquarters of these groups in the Iraqi Kurdistan region after the arrival of armed teams and a large quantity of weapons from the terrorist groups to the border cities of Iran to generate chaos in the country,” Mehr pointed out.
