With a fifth of the earth’s surface and a third of the world’s population united under the same flag and crying for a same queen (with the permission of the identity and signs of each nation), the commonwealththe community of nations that emerged from the British Empire in the 1940s, it is postulated as one of the great world economic powers, with a total GDP of 11,177,362 million of euros.
The Commonwealth of Nations is an organization made up of 54 countries sovereigns, dependents and semi-independents which, with the exception of Mozambique and Rwanda, share historical ties with the United Kingdom. The main objective of the Commonwealth is international cooperation in the political and economic fields and, although since 1950 membership of it does not imply submission some to the british crownif the figure of the monarch is respected.
Thus, the Commonwealth, present in America (especially Canada and the Caribbean islands), Africa, Europe, Asia and Oceania, brings together a multitude of countries with very different identities, idiosyncrasies and economies.

Sorted by annual GDP, at the top is United Kingdom with a GDP of 2,695,503 million euros, followed by the India with 2,571,622 million, Canada with 1,682,943 million and Australia with 1,380,745 million, powers that represent the economic bulk of the Commonwealth of Nations.
Among the mid-range powers, economically speaking, are Nigeria with 373,639 million euros, followed by South Africa with 353,384 million, Bangladeshi with 351,962 million, Singapore with 335,608 million and Malaysia with 315,117 million.

The total population of the Commonwealth amounts to 2,609,889,102 peopleof which almost half of them are provided by the India with 1,393,409,033 peoplefollowed by Pakistan with 222,590,000 people, Nigeria with 211,400,704 people, Bangladeshi with 166,303,494 people and the United Kingdom itself, which closes the list of the Commonwealth countries with the largest population with 67,025,542 people.
