Rockstar Games developer avoids answering the release date of Grand Theft Auto 6

There is no doubt that one of the most anticipated games of recent years is grand theft auto 6. The former title GTA 5was originally released in 2013 for PS3 and Xbox 360, and after almost 10 years on the market, it has already passed through two generations of consoles and remains one of the titles with the highest number of active players.

Despite the latter, the developer company RockstarGames confirmed that it is time to start the development of GTA 6. Through an official statement, the company explained that they were at a very early stage.

“With each new project, our goal is always to go far beyond what we have previously delivered. We are pleased to confirm that active development for the next entry in the series is underway.” reads the company’s announcement.

Developer dodges question about GTA 6 release

A video has gone viral on Reddit after a developer dodged a question about GTA 6. During the GamesAid money-raising event, an interviewer approached a Rockstar North worker.

After the brief presentation, he went straight to the point: “when will the next GTA game be released?” he asked. Of course, the developer was compromised and avoided answering between laughs.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” he commented as he broke out into a smile. “It’s been 10 years…”, the journalist insisted, but then changed the subject.
