How to get Genesect, Marshadow and Volcanion in Pokémon Sword & Shield?
That’s right, the next distribution event will gift players with Genesect, Marshadow, and Volcanion. These 3 creatures, as we mentioned, are unique, the rarest category of Pokémon, since they cannot be obtained within the games through regular gameplay; in fact, most can only be achieved through limited events, like this one.
The Pokémon that attracts the most attention in this selection is without a doubt Volcanion, the Vapor Pokémon. We are not saying this because of its design or its attacks, but because of how difficult it has been since its debut.
When the movie was released Pokémon: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel, a special distribution was held in the West. This happened in 2016 and since then Game Freak has not given away this Pokémon neither in America nor in Europe (only in Japan and South Korea in past years). That said, this is Volcanion’s return to the West… but not all players are happy.
In case you missed it: another upcoming distribution will give away a Pokémon that is impossible to get, but it will be just as hard to get.
According to the first details of the event (via Serebii), it is a face-to-face promotion in stores (by means of a code on a piece of cardboard) and the worst thing is that it will be exclusive to chains in Europe, precisely in the United Kingdom (GAME), France (Micromania) and the Netherlands and Belgium (GameMania ). The event will be available from September 9 to 30, 2022 and it will be possible to redeem it before January 1, 2023.
Sadly, it has not been announced so far if the event will come to the West or if players in this region will have to find a way to have someone get a code for them in Europe and send it to them for in-game redemption via Mystery Gift. , via code.
