Syrian authorities have warned that they “reserve the right to respond” to Israel’s bombing of the country, after an airstrike caused the suspension of operations at Aleppo International Airport and left at least three dead, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The Syrian Foreign Ministry has highlighted in a note sent to the United Nations that the attack “caused great material damage” in the facilities and has denounced that Israel “is resorting to intensifying these acts of aggression to raise tensions and conflict in the region and the world”.
In this sense, he has branded the Israeli authorities “irresponsible” and has stated that they behave in this way because they consider that “they have unlimited support and coverage from the United States,” according to the Syrian state news agency. , HEALTHY.
The Israeli Army has carried out dozens of bombings in Syria, arguing that they are acting to prevent the establishment of Iranian bases in the country and the sending of weapons to the Lebanese Shiite militia party Hezbollah by the Iranian authorities, which support Damascus in the framework of the war that broke out in 2011.
