MSI has posted on its own website the prices of four of its motherboards with the chipset AMD X670 and its Extreme variant (X670E) and socket AM5 to house the processors AMD Ryzen 7000 with Zen 4 architecture.
There are four published models, but we cannot take our eyes off the MSI MEG X670E GODLIKE and its impressive $1,300 ($1,299.99 to be exact). This board will be MSI’s flagship for the AM5 socket, at least for the Ryzen 7000, and it has all kinds of technologies and accessories. From a 27 power phase system (24+2+1), to the inclusion of WiFi 6E, 10 Gbps Ethernet, PCIe 5.0 Ports, various M.2 NVMe 2.0 with PCIe 5, 4.5 inch touch screen and much more.
It is true that it is the highest-end motherboard for the AM5 platform that the company will have on the market this generation, but it makes us remember with nostalgia when the most powerful models on the market were around prices below 500 euros.
Along with this monstrosity, MSI has also released the MSI MEG X670E ACE Priced at $700, the MSI MPG X670E CARBON WIFI for $480, and the cheapest model (at least for the moment) that will be the MSI PRO X670-P WIFI priced at $290.
