‘Carmen Sandiego: 40th Anniversary Edition’the video game that allows you to step into the shoes of the scarlet super thief, will arrive on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5 on April 17.
‘Where is Carmen Sandiego?’ It appeared in 1985 as an educational video game with which to teach geography, which encouraged the student to become a detective to stop a white-collar thief dressed in a red trench coat and a matching hat.
Although Carmen Sandiego has since been the antagonist in numerous video games, Meridiem Games celebrates its 40th anniversary with a new adventure that allows put yourself in the skin of this legendary thief.
In ‘Carmen Sandiego: 40th Anniversary Edition’ players will be able to become the brains of the operation, with an arsenal of high-tech devices at your disposal to outwit VILE agents and unravel secrets in the most fascinating corners of the world.
Also includes ‘The Acme Files’ classic mode (The Acme Files), which will allow cases to be solved like in 1985, as well as special content for fans of this franchise.
‘Carmen Sandiego: 40th Anniversary Edition’ is now available to pre-order in physical format for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5. It will go on sale on April 17, 2025.
