LG Electronics and Xbox have announced a collaboration that will allow access on LG smart televisions to hundreds of games from the new Xbox application such as Call of Duty: BlackOps 6, NBA 2K25 or Hogwarts Legacy.
The Korean brand’s latest ‘smart TVs’ include a new Gaming Portal, which has been designed as an ‘all-in-one’ solution with a fluid navigation interface and a complete view of gaming applications, all based in the cloud.
Also integrated into this portal are webOS applications that can be played with the remote control and other usage options such as recently played titles, the ten most popular games or editor’s picks, among others.
When the service is active, the user will be able to directly access hundreds of games integrated into the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, including titles such as Call of Duty: BlackOps 6, and enjoy a wide catalog of select Xbox games such as NBA in the cloud. 2K25 or Hogwarts Legacy.
“The Gaming Portal will provide users with a more fluid, functional and immersive gaming experience, in addition to being able to enjoy the rest of the benefits of the webOS operating system,” said senior vice president of Platform Business at LG Media Entertainment Solution, Chris Jo. .
