This service will be characterized mainly by its ability to transmit network directly to the mobile phones of its users, with the aim of being able to eliminate all “dead zones” and offer internet in any corner of the world.

On the other hand, the CEO of SpaceX has clarified on Twitter that the connectivity of Starlink V2 will be between 2 and 4 megabits (Mbits) per zone, connection levels that will foreseeably allow calls and text messages, but they will not be enough. to rival high bandwidth.
So far, Starlink requires installing an antenna kit, which is responsible for transmitting the signal to a Wi-Fi router, also included. Finally, the user’s mobile phone is connected to this modem to use a network with internet access.
