On December 9 and 10, the school brought together 28 academics and public policy makers in Bogotá, to train them in the fundamental concepts and methodologies of National Transfer Accounts, National Time Transfer Accounts and National Inclusion Accounts . The event, organized by CELADE-Population Division of ECLAC and UNFPA, was part of the XI Latin American Congress of the Latin American Population Association (ALAP), and is aligned with the activities of the United Nations Development Account ( Tranche 15), whose objective is to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth in a society for all ages in the post-COVID-19 era.
