“The toll of Israeli aggression has increased to 45,097 martyrs and 107,244 wounded since October 7, 2023,” said the Gaza Ministry of Health through a statement on its Telegram account, in which it denounced that “the “Israeli aggression has continued for 439 days.”

Likewise, he specified that “the Israeli occupation committed three massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, with the arrival of 38 martyrs and 203 wounded in hospitals during the last 24 hours.” “There are still victims under the rubble and in the streets, since ambulances and Civil Defense teams cannot reach them,” he added.

Israel launched its offensive against Gaza after the attacks carried out on October 7, 2023 by Hamas and other Palestinian factions, which left nearly 1,200 dead and about 250 kidnapped. Additionally, around 800 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and in settler attacks since then in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
