The new processors Intel Raptor Lake they are expected by the end of next month, so we are a little over 4 weeks away from the announcement by Intel. Of these processors already we have been seeing some data that have been filtered, recently we have known a long list in which we could see the base frequency of many of these Intel Raptor Lake, but without information on how much they can reach with turbo boost mode. Thanks to the TUM_APISAK leak we now know the base and turbo speed of the Intel Core i5 13400 and 13500.
The base frequency of these two Intel Core i5 13400 and 13500 processors is 2.5GHz on both models, being the turbo boost the one that differs. The Intel Core i5 13500 is capable of reach 4.49GHzwhile the Intel Core i5 13400 reaches up to 4.09GHz. These data are known thanks to the tests carried out in PassMark and that TUM_APISAK has left on its Twitter account.
The Intel Core i5 13400 and 13500 will play a big role in this generation, since in the previous ones they have always been a good economic option for gamers. In this generation, the Intel Core i5 13400 and 13500 will have, in addition to the 6 high-performance cores, 4 additional high-efficiency cores and up to 8 in the Core i5 13600. In the current generation only has 6 high-performance cores without any high-efficiency core where they still already had a very good performance.
