Recently Valve has published a guide to using its logos, a guide that gave more clues about its intentions to include SteamOS on other consoles from third parties. Some options gave signs that SteamOS could be compatible with the ASUS ROG Ally and Ally Xbut it seems that the latter has not been the first to include (except for the Steam Deck) the Valve operating system. According to leaked images of the new Lenovo Legion Go Sthis seems include a dedicated button to start Steam.
A button that has been seen in the black versionsince that of white color does not seem to include it. An option that Lenovo may be working on to launch a model that includes Windows and another with SteamOSdifferentiated by the colors of the casing? In any case, this would make sense of Valve’s publication with the guide to using their logos.
A new Lenovo Legion Go S with SteamOS would give a reason for being most economical model. Not only because of the more modest hardware included, but remove windows from the console too would eliminate this cost that can have an impact on a more economical sales price. In any case, we would have to wait that the hardware associated with this new model, the AMD Ryzen Z2come out before seeing the presentation of this and sure other models that may arrive with the Valve operating system.
