This presentation addresses the objectives, strategy and work carried out at the Universidad del Desarrollo, facing the challenge of implementing an institutional environment committed to Open Science, its development and sustainability. It has been a process of cultural change, carried out through different actions, to encourage researchers to share, collaborate and grow in this new open scenario.

About the rapporteurs:
Daniel Andrés Morales Arancibia is a Commercial Engineer from the Catholic University of Valparaíso. Currently, he is Coordinator of Institutional Capacities in the Research Directorate of the Universidad del Desarrollo, where he led the InES Ciencia Abierta project (2022-2024) and is in charge of the CRIS-UDD repository.
Paola Massaro is a Documental Librarian at the Metropolitan Technological University, UTEM. She is currently Director of Libraries at the Universidad del Desarrollo, from 2010 to date, a position in which she has implemented various technological management and digital transformation projects. From 2021 to date, he is also a teacher of the Research Diploma in University Teaching, at the UDD Teaching Innovation Center.
