The Agrarian Bank of Colombia is one of the entities authorized to make transfers of subsidies and corresponding payments of the social programs promoted by the national government, with the aim of reducing inequality and improving the living conditions of the most vulnerable families.. However, it has decided to make some modifications in December. What will be the opening hours?
The entity plays a fundamental role in the country, since it has one of the largest branch networks in the country, both in urban and rural areas, which guarantees access to financial services in remote regions and unbanked sectors.
So that users can plan their financial procedures and operations, The Agrarian Bank reported some changes in public service hours that will govern during the end-of-year holidays in their offices throughout the country.
The special hours will be the following:
• December 24, 2024: All offices will open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• December 25 and 31, 2024: There will be no customer service in any office.
• January 1, 2025: The branches will remain closed due to it being a national holiday.
• December 30, 2024: It will be the last business day of the year for customer service.

Customers who need to carry out some type of operation on the closing dates of the offices can go to electronic channels such as Virtual Banking or use the Banco Agrario application.
ATMs and the extensive network of allied Banking Correspondents will also be available, in addition to the BICO electronic wallet.
For its part, beneficiaries of Citizen Income and/or VAT Refund, who are in the payment periodthey will be able to withdraw their monetary transfer according to the scheduled dates and locations, which will be informed in a timely manner through the official channels of Banco Agrario.
