OnePlus 13 will arrive in January in three colors and with IP68 + IP69 resistance

OnePlus will announce globally its OnePlus 13 flagship smartphone in January 2025, which has been announced as being available in three colors, will include artificial intelligence functions and will have an IP68 + IP69 rating for water and dust resistance.

OnePlus 13 will be the first phone from the Chinese tech brand to get a IP68 + IP69 rating in resistance to water and dust and pressurized water jets, to better withstand everyday life.

It will also be available in three colors, which OnePlus has already announced: Midnight Ocean (blue), Black Eclipse (black) and Arctic Dawn (white), each of them with particular characteristics.

The Midnight Ocean model features microfiber vegan leather, while on the Black Eclipse, OnePlus has used a black rosewood grain glass process that reveals a wood grain texture. The Arctic Dawn edition, for its part, features a glass coating that offers a comfortable and soft touch, resistant to fingerprints.

The flagship smartphone also has artificial intelligence functions and will arrive with the fifth generation of Hasselblad mobile cameras, which provides professional-quality portrait photography. Also integrates Dolby Vision 4K for video recording on all camera sensors.

With the aim of reducing eye fatigue, OnePlus 13 also introduces the RadiantView screen, which makes it easier to use the device under strong sunlight. Added to this is technology AquaTouch 2.0, for ease of use when there are water drops on the touch screen.

OnePlus will present its new flagship smartphone globally in January 2025. The Chinese company has announced a special offer for early purchase, which includes free screen-printed B&O BeoSound Explore speakers, valued at 249 euros, if purchased in the official OnePlus.com store.
