Governor Saldo has taken the opportunity to denounce that this alleged Ukrainian attack “is another example of the cruelty and inhumanity of the kyiv militiamen and their NATO accomplices.” According to pro-Russian authorities, a Ukrainian mortar missile hit the bus.

The town of New Kakhovka is located on the eastern bank of the Dnieper River, up to where Russian troops have control of the Kherson region.
