The Ukrainian authorities have reported this Tuesday that at least one person has died and nearly twenty have been injured, victims of a new attack by the Russian Armed Forces on the Kherson region on a day that marks one thousand days since the outbreak. of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

“The Russian Army again bombed the settlements in the Kherson region, using planes, artillery, mortars and drones,” the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office said on its official Telegram channel, where it detailed that the majority of victims have suffered the effects of drone attacks.

The Prosecutor’s Office has detailed that the deceased was in the town of Tokarivka; while a dozen of the wounded were located in the city of Antoninvka. In Weletensky and Novovorontsovka there were four wounded and in Stanislav, Mikilsk and Kherson one wounded each.

“As a result of the bombings, at least 29 civilian objects were damaged, including private and residential buildings, a children’s medical center, cars, etc.,” the Kherson Prosecutor’s Office stressed.
