MADRID 19 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Lebanese Armed Forces reported this Tuesday that three soldiers have died as a result of an attack carried out by the Israeli Army in the town of Sarafand, in the south of the country, within the framework of the clashes between Israel and the party -Shiite militia Hezbollah.

“The Israeli enemy has attacked a military center in the city of Sarafand, in the south, causing the martyrdom of three soldiers,” the Lebanese Army said in a brief statement on the incident, which has not yet been commented on by Israel.

For its part, the Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Health has reported that the attack has left eight people injured, including residents of the surrounding areas, as reported by the NNA news agency.

The Ministry of Health reported this Tuesday that nearly thirty people have died and more than a hundred have been injured as victims of attacks by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in the last 24 hours.

With this latest balance there are now at least 3,544 people who have died in Lebanon as victims of the Israeli attacks in the last year, of which nearly 2,500 are men, more than 670 are women and another more than 230 are minors. The high number of injuries is due in part to the coordinated explosion of communication devices that surprised the Lebanese population at the beginning of September.
