MADRID 16 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Israeli bombings in the Gaza Strip have already left almost 43,800 dead and more than 103,600 injured, according to the latest balance provided this Saturday by the authorities of the Palestinian enclave, under the control of the Islamist movement Hamas.
The latest balance from its Ministry of Health details an approximate total of 43,799 dead and 103,601 injured after confirming 35 deaths and 111 injured during the Israeli attacks in the last 24 hours.
As usual, the Ministry reminds that these figures are only an approximation because a number of victims that cannot be determined are buried under tons of rubble caused by the bombings. In addition, Gazan authorities have stated on several occasions that at least 10,000 people are listed as missing.
The Israeli offensive against Gaza was launched after the aforementioned attacks on October 7, 2023, which left some 1,200 dead and nearly 250 kidnapped, according to Israeli authorities. Added to these tolls are more than 750 Palestinians killed at the hands of Israeli security forces and in attacks perpetrated by settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
