The Steam Deck OLED will have a special edition in white for 719 euros

He November 18 Valve will release a special version of its latest portable console: the Steam Deck OLED. It will be an exclusive model of which only a limited number of units will be manufactured to be launched that day, and will never be launched again.

The most striking thing about the new limited edition is that it will be completely white, with touches of gray on its levers and buttons, and some traces of orange on the power button.

Despite this new edition, there will be no improvement in specifications and it will maintain the same internal hardware as the first version, with the second’s only 800p 90HZ OLED screen. Therefore, we still have the AMD “Van Gogh” processor with the old Zen 2 architecture and RDNA2 graphics, hardware that lags behind the options currently on the market such as the ASUS ROG Ally.

In the case of the special edition of this Steam Deck, It will have a single capacity of 1 TB. Furthermore, as it is a limited edition, only one can be purchased per user. Valve will also impose a restriction so that only customers who have purchased a game before November 2024 can get one.

Its price will be 679 dollars (in Spain we will have to pay 719 euros, 40 euros more than the normal model) and will be available in all countries where the Steam Deck is already sold.
