“May God forgive her”, Laura Zapata’s strong message regarding the death of her sister, Ernestina: What she said

Actress Laura Zapata expressed her sadness at the news of the death of her sister Ernestina Sodi, who died on November 8 at the age of 64 after suffering two heart attacks and remaining in intensive care in a hospital in Mexico City.

In a brief meeting with the press, Zapata spoke about the impact of the news and dedicated some farewell words to it.

Zapata commented that he found out about the process while he was at home, when he began to receive multiple calls and messages. The situation reminded him of the fragility of life and he expressed that his sister’s death was “very sad and painful news.”

Despite the years of estrangement and the conflicts that arose between the two after the kidnapping they experienced together, the actress stated that she felt that Ernestina still had a lot to live and projects to carry out.

In her farewell, Laura wished her sister to rest in peace, mentioning that she hopes she has “a return home full of light and love, that God forgives her” and that she finds peace.

Hours later, in an Instagram post, the actress wrote that she was reunited with her family and “found peace.”
