Celonis AgentC allows companies to create AI agents with the necessary knowledge to improve their results

MUNICH (GERMANY), Oct. 23 (Portaltic/EP) –

The process mining expert company Celonis presented this Wednesday AgentC, a set of tools, integrations and associations of mining agents. Artificial Intelligence (AI) with which it seeks to help its clients develop their own agents on the main platforms to improve the efficiency of their actions and results.

The company has announced this and other news at the Celosphere 2024 event, organized in Munich (Germany), a meeting in which it has indicated that these agents have the boost of its mining and AI technology platform. Celonis Process Intelligence, capable of offering “unified, system-agnostic business representation with intelligent data management,” as Celonis co-CEO and co-founder Alex Rinke noted last year.

This time Rinke has also been in charge of inaugurating these days, which will conclude this Thursday, where he has insisted on the importance of connecting “all processes in all industries” and promoting communication between the different work teams of the 400 clients that has all over the world.

With the aim of improving its efficiency and performance, it has developed the Celonis AgentC platform, which has different solutions and integrations so that companies can configure their own AI agents in their main processes, although it also has others that They already come preconfigured and directed to certain work areas.

The manager acknowledged that, although these agents “can automate workloads, they lack the business knowledge necessary to do so effectively.” For this reason, he has recognized that “to close this gap, enterprise AI needs process intelligence”, which AgentC offers, which guarantees that all these agents “are equipped with the business knowledge needed to drive the right actions and results“.

Celonis also believes that, thanks to these agents, organizations’ work teams can obtain “specific answers to questions that are really important for the business.” in a couple of minutes,” according to Vice President of Product Marketing, Divya Krishnan.

Rinke, for his part, has insisted that, during the creation and use of these agents, which only takes “a couple of clicks”, companies will have control of their own data at all times and that any of them It is exclusive to each company, so they will only be useful “for each of the businesses” that develop them.

The first platforms supported by Celonis AgentC are Microsoft Copilot Studio, IBM watsonx Orchestrate, Amazon Bedrock Agents, and open source developer environments such as CrewAI.

Additionally, company partners such as Hyoatos, Rollio and ISV will make pre-built AI agents available. As your clients develop custom agents, they can benefit from the support of specialized consultants, such as IBM Consulting, EY and Accenture.

To demonstrate the benefits that these agents provide, the process mining firm has given the example of the manufacturer of architectural and design surfaces Cosentino, which now processes up to five times more orders per day without any additional risk. Specifically, your agent analyzes blocked orders in seconds and offers a recommendation so that credit managers can accept them without taking additional steps.

Celonis has also commented on other success stories of these assistants or co-pilots. One is an unnamed global technology company that used an AI agent on a partner platform to improve the customer funding application process. It predicts the probability that a request will be rejected, notifies the requester that it is unlikely to be accepted, and tells them what corrective measures to take.

On the other hand, a multinational building materials supplier created an AI agent on a partner platform that links queries and requests to the corresponding invoices and automates their resolution, with automatic responses.

AN EVEN MORE SCALABLE PLATFORM

Celonis has finally commented on the innovations that make its platform, Celonis, an even more scalable service, easier to use and faster when it comes to creating value, as is the case with Celonis Data Core, generally available, driving a change in both speed and scale for data ingestion in the company, with performance 20 times greater than the competition.

The firm has also shared a new user experience powered by GenAI, which offers AI assistants to simplify data entry and dashboard creation. With this, he has announced that the availability of this function is limited, for the moment, just like its new specific applications for each use.

Among the ‘apps’ that it has made available to some of its clients are Celonis Customer Service (for ‘front office’ tasks), Detention and Demurrage and Load Consolidation/Network Health (logistics and transportation), Plant Maintenance Navigator-Marcadus and Maintenance Control Center-Ashling Partners (manufacturing), Cross Border Payments-ProcessLab (finance) or TaxRay-KMLZ (finance).

Lastly, he commented that networks, Currently in beta version, it is a service that extends the power of process intelligence by connecting companies with each other so that each process can be optimized.
