Life after cancer looks promising Good morning America Co-host Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella Strahan.
Fresh from her victorious battle against medulloblastoma, a rare form of brain cancer, the 19-year-old college student decided instagram on Friday, October 18 with a sneak peek of a day with her twin sister, Sophia, at Alo Gym in Los Angeles.
“Wellness reminder,” she captioned the post, along with an inspirational quote from the gym wall: “Feel it. Just breathe. Lift each other up. Raise your vibration. Health is wealth. Be here.” The post also included some selfies of the Strahan twins dressed in matching workout outfits.
While the sisters were all smiles at the gym, it was Isabella’s new hair growth that really caught everyone’s attention.
“Beautiful ❤️ love the hair and you are really rocking all the settings!” one person pointed out in the comments section.
“I love your hair! “Beautiful Isabella!” said another.
“Wow!! You look fantastic with your pretty hair… your sister and you two are very pretty and nice girls. I hope you both have a fun and safe year. The best in life to you girls! a third intervened.
Isabella’s journey has not been easy at all. After learning of the diagnosis in October 2023, he underwent multiple surgeries and grueling rounds of chemotherapy and radiation. It wasn’t until July 18 of the following year when he announced that his latest MRIs were clear and that he was officially cancer-free.
“It was a great, great exploration. Everything was clear. Cancer free and everything great. “I don’t have another doctor’s appointment until October,” the aspiring model explained in a video posted on her YouTube channel. At the time, Isabella celebrated the milestone on Instagram and shared the moment she rang the hospital bell after finishing chemotherapy. “After the wildest 8 months, I was finally able to ring the doorbell. Grateful for my trip 🩶,” she wrote.
