At least one person has died and eight others have been injured, two of them seriously, as a result of a Russian air attack on the port of Odessa, according to the region’s governor, Oleg Kiper.

“Russian terrorists attacked Odessa with a ballistic missile,” reported Kiper, who detailed that the attack also damaged two civilian ships, as well as port infrastructure used for grain storage.

The Minister of Development of Ukraine, Oleksei Kuleba, has denounced that once again the civilian infrastructure on which “the world’s food security” depends is the target of Russian attacks and that “Russia is once again putting it at risk by annulling all regulations.” of International Law.

In parallel, two people have died and another has been injured after a Russian drone attacked the civilian car in which they were traveling as it passed through the town of Havrilivka, in the Kherson region.

In the village of Novovorontsovka also in Kherson, the three occupants of another vehicle were injured after it was hit by another drone.
