Jessica Chastain is calling JetBlue.
Earlier this week, the Oscar-winning actress, 47, made the decision unknownpreviously Twitter, to criticize the airline for only giving him a $15 credit after its in-flight entertainment system didn’t work during his six-hour flight.
Keep reading to find out more…In since-deleted tweets, Jessica wrote: “Thank you @JetBlue for your $15.00 credit. My flight cost $1,500 and the credit is 1/100 of the money I paid you. It’s strange that I paid that for the in-flight entertainment system that didn’t work during my 6-hour flight, but I guess it was worth it for this $15 credit.”
He also included a screenshot of his receipt for the $15 credit for the inconvenience.
JetBlue then responded to Jessica‘s complaints, tweeting: “We’re sorry you’re disappointed, Jessica. Send us a DM so we can look into this.”
Jessica he responded by sharing a screenshot of a conversation he already had with his airline’s customer service.
When the service agent informed him that he had been given the $15 credit, Jessica responded: “I understand, but I spent $1,500 on the flight and so did my husband. There should be some flight credit or something since I have a TrueBlue account and have been a loyal customer.”
The agent on duty then responded, “I’m sorry I can’t do more.”
