How to connect a Nintendo Switch to the TV without needing the dock

In case you have thought if it is possible directly stream the console screen to a Smart TV, Chromecast or Amazon Fire TV Stick, unfortunately it is not possible. Nintendo Switch does not support streaming connection of this type.
